Terms of cooperation
Information on this website is non-binding and does not constitute a public offer or SLA commitment. Scope, pricing and timelines apply only as confirmed in writing by PartsOutlet s.r.o. The buyer's purchase terms apply only if expressly accepted.
1. Scope and acceptance
For hardware, send manufacturer part numbers (MPN), quantities and destination country. For technical work, send a factual summary of the environment and the task.
No engagement exists without prior written confirmation. Technical services are provided with professional care; no specific outcome is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
2. Invoicing and payment
Accepted orders and services are invoiced directly by PartsOutlet s.r.o. with Slovak VAT, or under the applicable EU cross-border or reverse-charge rules after VIES verification.
Payment details appear on the invoice. Bank details are never changed by email.
3. Remote access and confidentiality
Remote work uses task-scoped credentials, revoked after completion as arranged with the client. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be concluded beforehand.
4. Hardware warranty and returns
Warranty and RMA claims are governed by the condition grade, serial record and terms stated on the quote and invoice.
